Information for Stall Holders

Thank you for agreeing to run a stall at this years Fete.

When you arrive at the field, there will be an area designated for your stall with tables and chairs as necessary. If you are operating a game, hopefully it will all be set up by the time you arrive, but any assistance with this earlier in the morning will be much appreciated. We have a stock of gazebos and parasols for weather protection but only a limited number. If you have a gazebo or large parasol that can be borrowed for the day, please bring it to the field as early as possible.

A float with suitable change will have been prepared. Could you please find Peter Wilkins when you arrive to collect this.

Any additional posters, banners or flags to decorate your stall will be most welcome.

The fete officially starts at 2pm, however in the past people have started arriving well before then, sometimes up to an hour before. If you have things to unload from a car, you will be able to drive it onto the field up until 1pm.

If you are able to help set up on the morning of the fete, we will be at the field from 8.30am onwards. Anyone with a van or trailer will be most welcome for moving chairs and tables from the Sunday School, Community Centre, Campion School or Football Club.

Any questions or suggestions – Call Gillian 07761016583
