Terms and Conditions of Use 1 We take no responsibility for the content of the Ads., the quality or safety of the items offered for sale, or correctness of Small Ads supplied to us. 2 We will advertise items for at least one month or up a maximum of 6 months or until the time we are advised that an article has been sold or is no longer available for sale. 3 We will take no part in negotiating between buyer and seller. This must be done direct between the parties. 4 We will not advertise any item that may regarded by anyone as offensive. The decision on what is offensive is ours alone. 5 Every item for sale will be given a reference number and this should be used in any correspondence with us. 6 The seller shall advise us when and item has been sold, so that it can be taken off the website. 7 We will endeavor to react as quickly as possible to requests to add or remove items, but this will depend on the availability of the website manager. 8 Bug-bay is intended primarily for residents of Bugbrooke selling items in a private capacity. Businesses selling items to the public at large will not generally be permitted. 9 There is no charge for selling items on Bug-bay. 10. A local telephone number must be supplied with each advert to enable us to contact the seller. 11. The advert should contain a telephone number or an e-mail address for buyer contact. |
